Delegate registration is now open. In order to perform at Festival 2024, all individual members of a chorus must be registered as Delegates.

Individual Delegate Registration

Delegate registration is now open. In order to perform at Festival 2024, ALL individual members of a chorus must be registered as Delegates.

Non-performers who wish to see multiple concert blocks may find it to their advantage to also register as a delegate, which gives entry to all concerts, workshops and public events throughout the week of Festival.  Non-performers also have the option to purchase individual concert tickets when they go on sale in the Spring of 2024.

There will be no paper registration – all delegates must be registered online through our Integra Planner software. Delegates may register themselves by logging in or creating an account in the Integra Planner system. Your Integra username must be a unique, personal email address (and not a generic chorus address like director@gaychorus.org).  Passwords need to be at least 8 alpha-numeric characters, with at least one number and one letter;  a mix of upper and lower-case letters and special characters (#, !, etc) is encouraged for security.

Register for Festival

Registered delegates who can no longer attend Festival can transfer their registrations or sell them (often at a profit) on the Integra Marketplace.  Cash refunds will be processed only as time allows and are subject to an administrative fee.
