Event Submission Instructions Starting May 1, 2026

We are temporarily closing member event submissions to the GALA Choruses website. Submissions will re-open on July 1, once the redesigned website has launched. For May and June events you’d like to publicize, please tag GALA Choruses in your promotional posts on Facebook and Instagram and we will strive to share each event we’re tagged in on our page or stories. If your event is taking place after July 1 and you’d like to have it included on the new website, please fill out this form

Membership & Billing Reminder

Chorus administrators — you can renew your chorus’s membership, pay dues and other invoices, and update your chorus details on Integra. If you need to be granted administrator access, or have any other questions or concerns with these tasks, please reach out to Reese Schmid, Membership & Communications Manager, at rschmid@galachoruses.org.

Social Media & Newsletter Features

We are always looking for news from our members that we can share on our organization’s social media and in our newsletter! Member choruses can also request to do a social media takeover of our organization’s accounts for a day. To submit news & stories and/or request a social media takeover, please fill out this form.

If you want GALA Choruses to promote your concert or other events on social media, please tag us in your posts and we will strive to reshare or post to Stories if the event is in alignment with GALA Choruses’ mission and values. We are currently active on Facebook and Instagram.

Board Member Recruitment

GALA Choruses is always looking for new Board members. While we welcome anyone who is interested, we have a current need for Board members with strong skills in the following areas: legal, strategic planning, finance, technology, event planning, and resource development. As it is imperative that our Board of Directors reflects our membership, we specifically seek more voices from SSAA, SATB, Trans, and Youth choruses. If you are interested in becoming a member of the GALA Board, please send an email to recruitment@galachoruses.org. In the email, please provide your name, contact email address, telephone number, chorus affiliation (past and/or present, if any), any prior Board experience, the specific skills or talents you have to contribute to the GALA Board, and a brief description of why you are interested in being on the GALA Board.
