Festival Housing

The Festival housing block includes 11 downtown Minneapolis hotels. All the properties are within a half-mile of Orchestra Hall and Peavey Plaza, and all are within 2 blocks of Nicollet Mall, which is closed to automobiles and is lined with restaurants and shops. Downtown Minneapolis is flat, very walkable and accessible.

HOUSING REGISTRATION will open in January 2024. In order to receive the discounted GALA group rate, reservations MUST be made through our friends at Convention Housing Partners.  Further information on the housing reservation process will be made available in the fall of 2023.

All the hotels are smoke-free; all have some ADA-accessible rooms available.
