Youth at Festival

GALA welcomes youth ages 13-20 to participate in organized youth activities throughout Festival 2024.  GALA’s youth choruses are hosting youth-focused workshops, meals, and social events throughout the week, and a youth excursion on Saturday, July 13.

GALA welcomes youth ages 13-20 to participate in organized youth activities throughout Festival 2024.  GALA’s youth choruses are hosting youth-focused workshops, meals, and social events throughout the week, and a youth excursion on Saturday, July 13. . Youth are also welcome to participate as audience members in all the regular Festival 2024 events, concerts, and workshops. 

Register to sing with the GenZ Festival Chorus which rehearses throughout the week performs in the Light the Fire Blockbuster on Sunday evening, July 14.

GALA Youth Choruses

Four GALA Youth Choruses are participating as performing choirs at Festival 2024 and will be featured in a concert set on Sunday afternoon, July 14 and on the Peavey Plaza outdoor stage.
– GenOUT, Washington DC
– Major Minors, Nashville TN
– Youth Pride Chorus, New York City, NY
– Bridging Voices, Portland, OR

All Youth Chorus members are also singing in the Festival GenZ chorus.
