About Us
We are Asian Rainbow Chorus (ARC), founded in New York in July 2024.
ARC is an Asian LGBTQ+ choir that centers on Mandarin-speaking Asians and is dedicated to building connections among overseas communities.
The Asian Rainbow Chorus (ARC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, fiscally sponsored by SilkPride.
Through music, we unite as a community — using our voices to express queer identity, cultural diversity, and transnational solidarity. ARC is dedicated to creating an inclusive space for Mandarin-speaking queer Asians, where members from diverse regions and backgrounds can share their stories, emotions, and strength through song.
Singing is also a form of direct action. ARC believes in the power of collective voice and remains committed to advancing social justice through music.
