Partners in life and song, Robert Seeley and Robert Espindola created a vast body of choral songs that have been sung across the GALA Choruses network.

“Naked in the Leaves” tells the story of two elder gay men, partners and lovers, as they reminisce about their past and wonder about their place in this world as elders. It is one movement of a multi-movement work titled “Exile,” commissioned by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus, under the direction of Stan Hill.
