Looking for a respite from the noise and stimulus at Festival?
- Recharge in these quiet no talking zones: MCC 101 F and Orchestra Hall Green Room (off the lobby)
- Morning and mid-day mediation, tai chi and yoga in the MCC Seasons Room.
- Sound bowl healing session, song circles, and meditation during the Choral Carnival in The MCC Seasons Room.
