GALA Choruses provides a number of ways for you to promote your business while demonstrating your support for choral music and the LGBTQ+ community.

General Advertising


Sponsored Email

Reach an audience of around 13,000 artistic directors, administrative leaders and singers directly with our sponsored email option. You provide the content and GALA will send a dedicated message promoting your story or event on your behalf. The advertiser must provide all digital content. Reach out to info@galachoruses.org to learn more!
The capacity for sponsored emails is limited; they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available to GALA member choruses and individual members. Sponsored emails should generally promote choral music or social justice related content consistent with GALA’s mission and values.

Cost: $500
What we need from you: Copy (500 words recommended) any images (1–3 is ideal, formatted for web)


Email Banner

Reach an audience of around 13,000 artistic directors, administrative leaders and singers directly with our email banner option. Promote your organization by including an linked banner image on an upcoming GALA Choruses email. This opportunity is contingent on GALA Choruses email schedule, which is delivered on an as-needed basis. Sponsored email banners should generally promote choral music or social justice related content consistent with GALA’s mission and values.

Cost: $100
What we need from you: digital image (jpg or png) 600px(wide) by 300px(high) at 72dpi and a URL to direct the promotion


Chorus Calendar

Add your upcoming events to the Chorus Calendar on the GALA website. A list of upcoming events is shown on the GALA homepage with the details shown on the complete list of events. There is no charge for this service. Submit your event to communications@galachoruses.org.

Cost: Free to GALA Members
What we need from you: Chorus Name, Event Name, Event Location, Event Date(s) / Time(s), Event URL, and Event Image (optional) emailed to communications@galachoruses.org.


Festival 2024 Advertising


Please share the following assets with communications@galachoruses.org by May 1st, 2024, to be included at Festival. Sending us assets earlier is always welcome!


Streaming

All performances at Festival 2024 in Minneapolis will be streamed online. The stream is available to viewers during and after festival with the purchase of a streaming pass. If the GALA stream might be of interest to your audiences, learn how you can help promote it here.

While we will make every effort to broadcast your time-sensitive ads according to your specifications, we cannot guarantee all ads will be shown in a prescribed period.

What we need from you: Digital video of promo (any format, any size, preferred: MP4, H.264, 1920px(w) by 1080px(h) )


Festival App

The Festival App will be used many times per day by delegates to check schedules, make plans with friends, verify rehearsal times, etc. You can advertise on the Festival App for a one-time fee of $1,000. Your ad will feature click-thru access to a website of your choice and will be shown in rotation with other ads. Rather than just simply use your logo, we encourage you to use the available space for an advertising banner that will encourage viewers to click on the associated link for more information.

Cost: $1000
What we need from you: digital image 728px(w) by 90px(h), 72dpi, any format JPG or PNG preferred) and a URL (could be your website or a specific promotion)


Vendor Booth

A limited number of vendor booths are available for $2,000. Booths include an 8’ table with linens, access to electricity, and area lighting. Additional lighting, extension cords and other materials are your responsibility.

Social Media

GALA will create a social media post for our official Facebook and Instragram accounts that will go live during or before the week of Festival 2024 in Minneapolis.

Cost: Available through sponsorship.
What we need from you: An image (any size and format) or video (any size and format, under 5 minutes is best) AND any text about your business (we recommend around 100 words)


Performance Halls

Each of the performance halls at Festival will have projection screens where GALA will display promotional content before and after performances. This includes messages from our sponsors.

Cost: Available through sponsorship.
What we need from you: An image promoting your business (any format, preferred: PNG or JPEG, 1920px(w) by 1080px(h), 72dpi or higher)


Website

GALA displays logos from our sponsors at the bottom of the homepage of the GALA website here.

Wayfinding Signage

As you might imagine, moving 7000+ people between five venues over five days can be a daunting task. But as the signage sponsor you can help all these guests of the Minneapolis GALA Festival find their way. Signage with your logo on display sends the message to Festival delegates that you care about their Festival experience.

Hospitality Lounge

Imagine being a conference attendee new to a city and needing a place to find your bearings and new friends along the way. The Hospitality Lounge in the Minneapolis Convention Center Lobby is the place where Festival delegates can congregate, relax, make new contacts, and more. With multiple ways to proclaim your support, delegates will feel your warm welcome to Festival.

GALA Store (Bags with Your Logo)

The GALA Festival merch store is the place for all your festival memorabilia.  Your logo will be printed on a reusable fabric bag that will be seen all over Festival Village.  These bags are great for shopping and a great way for folx to see your logo on display around town.  Excellent for soft brand targeting

A package of advertising options is available for $2,750. Your package includes:

  • Up to $1,250 in advertising on the Festival Stream, based on the table above.
