Street Requiem = for those who have died on the street

The Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco presents their fall concert, Street Requiem, a moving 50-minute choral work by Kathleen McGuire, Andy Payne and Jonathon Welch, which remembers and honors those who have died on the street.

Come experience what the San Francisco Classical Voice describes as "a deeply moving and reflective work" that "aims to brings sense of peace, remembrance and hope to communities struggling with homelessness, poverty, war, hate crime, and street violence."

A portion of our ticket sales will benefit Larkin Street Youth Services, which is a nonprofit empowering young people to move beyond homelessness and is San Francisco's largest nonprofit provider for for young people experiencing homelessness.
