Registration for Festival 2020 Minneapolis

Individual Delegate Registration

Delegate registration is now open. In order to perform at Festival 2020, individual members of a chorus must be registered as Delegates. Non-singers who wish to see multiple concert blocks will likely find it to their advantage to also register as a delegate, rather than buying separate tickets to multiple events.

There will be no paper registration – all delegates must be registered online through Integra Planner. Delegates may register themselves by creating an account in the Integra application.

Each individual delegate needs to register themselves in Integra. Chorus who wish to pay for their members’ registrations will be able to do so after the individuals create a registration invoice. An Integra account username must be an email address unique to a single user (and not, for example, director [at] gaychorus.org).

Festival in Style Packages

A very limited number of deluxe “Festival in Style” packages are available at registration. These exclusive packages include 2 reserved-seating registrations, 6 nights in a four-star hotel suite with $200 in room service credit, round-trip limo service between airport and hotel, a pair of tickets to both the Legacy Awards Banquet and the Pinnacle Auction, a Festival 2020 polo shirt, tee-shirt and cap. Late April 1 - July 7, 2020 $425
Senior Early May 13 - Oct 31, 2019 $175
Senior Regular Nov 1 - March 31, 2020 $185
Senior Late April 1 - July 7, 2020 $195
Youth May 13, 2019 - July 2020 $150
Disabled May 13, 2019 - July 2020 $150
"Senior" is defined as age 65 or older as of July 4, 2020
"Youth" is defined as age 21 or younger as of July 4, 2020
"Disabled" is defined by government status

NO refunds will be processed until after Festival is over.
Cancellation refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Registrations may be privately sold on the through the Integra Marketplace.
