What do you need to know to get ready for Festival 2020 Minneapolis? Click the link above.

The Integra Planner Software
GALA’s Integra Planner system is used as a member database, an event planning tool, and an association management tool. To register for Festival 2020 Minneapolis, click on the link above and enter your unique, personal email address as your Username (Do not use a generic address like director [at]

On your home page, click on the green ‘Register’ button, answer the questionnaire, and select the appropriate type of registration (Regular, Senior, Disabled, Youth), and any available options. You can pay online with a credit card (through PayPal) or offline with a check or money order.

Cancellation Policy
We are unable to process cash refunds until after Festival is over. Click the link above to see the full cancellation policy and how to sell/transfer your registration through the Integra Marketplace.

All the Festival performance venues and hotels in the GALA block are ADA compliant. Information on getting around backstage at the performance venues for those in wheelchairs or scooters will be provided to the chorus festival liaisons. Single Ticket Sales
Non-performers have the choice to either register as a delegate, which gives entry to all concerts, workshops and public events throughout Festival, OR to purchase individual concert tickets when they go on sale in the Spring. Tickets for each Coffee Concert, concert block, and Blockbuster will cost $25 plus box office fees. Click the above link for details.

Your Festival Liason
Each chorus has at least one member who is the designated Festival Liaison for that chorus. The Liaisons have all the information to assist you with your registration and questions.
