GALA Festival 2020 Minneapolis

GALA Festival is the quadrennial international celebration of the LGBTQ+ choral movement. At Festival 2020, more than 6000 diverse singers representing over 100 choruses and ensembles will take over downtown Minneapolis for 5 powerful days of concerts, festivities, and community-building.

Festival 2020 Minneapolis will be held on July 4-8, 2020. The primary performance spaces will be Orchestra Hall, the auditorium in the Convention Center and Central Lutheran Church.

Funky Minneapolis

Members of the host choruses: One Voice Mixed Chorus, Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus and Calliope Women’s Chorus have come together to highlight some of the city’s charms in an enthusiastic “Funky Minneapolis” video to put you in the mood and remind you that Festival will be upon us soon.

If so, please consider paying full price for your registration. If you choose this registration option, we will credit the difference between the full price ($425) and your early bird savings as a tax-deductible donation to our Festival Inclusion Fund. Your direct donations to our Festival Inclusion Fund will also help GALA Choruses support the participation of two groups important to the future of our movement: Youth Choruses and Emerging International Choruses.
