Position Description

The Office Manager/Volunteer Coordinator reports to the Artistic Director and to the senior administrator and assists all of the office staff. The AA assists with administrative tasks as required, included the duties listed below. This is a part-time, hourly position.

Skills

  • Computer competency (programs include Word, Excel, ???);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including telephone and email;
  • Highly organized and motivated;
  • Able to work without supervision;
  • Able to learn new systems and programs.

Office Responsibilities (including, but no limited to):

  • Office Coordination;
  • Correspondence;
  • Public relations/Communication (POS, telephone, internet, email);
  • Ticket sales – POS & Internet;
  • Merchandise sales – POS & Internet;
  • Database management;
  • Archive management;
  • Licensing/copyright coordination;
  • Internet research;
  • Proof-reading and copy editing;
  • Photocopying.
