Music Program and Copyright Certification

Click here to view the copyright laws with regards to arrangements to copyright works.

All performing groups must submit the program for their performance by entering the information in our online system. In addition to listing each song that will be performed you must also submit all of the legal copyright information so that we can certify that your program is legal to perform and record. This system also allows you to submit an introduction to be read from the stage by the emcee before your performance. The deadline for submitting all of your information is April 15, 2008.

Please note: If you plan to perform an unpublished arrangement of a song you should immediately contact the copyright holder to obtain a permission letter for the arrangement.

You can start entering the information at any time, ‘Save Entry’ and go back and edit. Once you have finished entering all of the required information there is a button to click to let us know that your program is ’Form Completed’. Once your program has been certified as being legal you will receive a confirmation from Mark Custom Recording. Your program must be certified in order to be allowed to perform.
