Delegate Registration

Delegate Registration is now open and can be processed online with our new online registration service at www.regonline.com/141183. Individual registration fees for Festival 2008 will be as follows:

Advanced Registration: (received or postmarked by November 30, 2007)	$195
Regular Registration: (received or postmarked December 1 - February 29, 2008)	$235
Onsite/Late Registration: (postmarked March 1, 2008 or later)	$275
Youth under 18 years of age: (anytime)	$150
Seniors 65 years of age or older: (anytime)	$150

Our registration service has the highest rating for security, but if you are uncomfortable providing payment information online, you can still register online and choose the option to pay by check. Print out a copy of the invoice and send it to the GALA Choruses office at PO Box 99998, Pittsburgh, PA 15233 along with your check. If you are paying for a group of delegates with one check or credit card, you can still enter the registrations online and send the check to the GALA Choruses office along with a list of which delegates it applies to. As a last resort, use the following link to download a paper registration form. Please still fill in the form prior to printing it out so we can minimize the mistakes that occur from trying to read handwritten information.

Registration Policies

All confirmations will be emailed to the address listed on the registration form.
Registrations will not be accepted via telephone.
You must be registered for the Festival to book housing.
Only individuals who are registered for Festival and have a badge may attend Festival events. Additional concert block and special event tickets may be purchased depending on space availability.
Registration rates are in U.S. dollars. Checks must be payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank.
Registrations paid by credit card and are subject to an exchange rate will be charged the rate currently in use at the time of the transaction by GALA Choruses� financial institution.
GALA Choruses’ financial institution makes final determination on prevailing exchange rates.

Registration Cancellation Policies

All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing (email is acceptable). No exceptions.
Registration cancellations received on or before April 1, 2008 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after April 1, 2008 will not be eligible for refunds.
Transfers may take place at any time including on-site and are subject to a $35 administrative fee.
Refunds will be processed six to eight weeks AFTER Festival. No exceptions.

Scholarships

GALA Choruses provides limited funding support for the cost of delegate registration through contributions made to the Rich Geraghty Leadership Fund. GALA Choruses is not able to provide any funding support for travel or housing costs. Priority is given to those living on disability incomes. Please complete the scholarship request form and fax it to 412-322-1814 or send by mail to GALA Choruses at PO Box 99998, Pittsburgh, PA 15233. Notification of funding, if any, awarded will be made by email within two weeks of receipt of the application.
